Your Work Won’t Always Speak for Itself

Terra’s session, Your Work Won’t Always Speak for Itself: How to Communicate Your Value Without Becoming Someone You’re Not, will help attendees clarify what they want to be known for and communicate it more intentionally.

Your experience, ideas, skills, and hard work matter. But other people do not automatically know what you do well, what you care about, or what kind of opportunity you are ready for next.

This practical session will help attendees evaluate what their current professional presence is already communicating—at work, online, and in the community. Participants will complete a simple audit and identify one action they can take to become easier to understand, trust, remember, and recommend.

No becoming louder. No posting for the sake of posting. No perfectly rehearsed elevator pitch required.
