A keynote speaker should work with the overall theme of your conference. She should be succinct yet warm. A keynote speaker should be willing to deviate from a set “speech.” A quality keynoter will research your industry, organization, and audience.

  • Start your research early. Quality keynoters are booked months, even years, in advance.
  • Watch your speaker in advance. Attend another event they will speak at or at least check out their YouTube channel.
