Terra L. Fletcher

Terra helps ILCMA find their greatness

On June 8, 2023, Terra presented Talent Attraction: Changes and Trends in the Workplace at the Illinois City/County Management Association Finding Your Greatness conference.

The session started with enthusiastic hollering from the audience as Terra asked if they still refer to the Willis Tower as the Sears Tower. (This is a very passionate audience!) Then Terra explained how remarkable the foundation is of that famous building. She showed audiences how to check on their foundation’s status and build a place where people of all generations will want to work.

Terra sold and signed books before and after her presentation, enjoyed checking out the exhibitor’s booths, and made connections with the fine folks managing Illinois cities and counties.
