On May 17, 2023, Terra presented “Accept your Butterflies: Public Speaking Skills” to the Leadership Academy of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
The event took place at the beautiful Fish Hatchery facility in Madison, WI. The gorgeous weather afforded leadership students the ability to take their presentation practice outside.
The event organizer shared after the event that the Leadership Academy’s presentations of their project proposals were successful. “Thank you again for being a wonderful part of our Leadership Academy program! Their presentations on Thursday went incredibly well! They were poised, professional, not-scripted, and confident. They received lots of accolades from our department leadership team for their work and the quality of their presentations,” said Julia Mimier, Traning Coordinator at the DNR.
