About the Event
A group can accomplish more than an individual. But how can we ensure our meetings are productive and result in real action, not wasted time? In this session, we’ll learn to work with people to understand each other’s views, harness the best ideas, and channel conversation productively. We’ll learn to stay on topic and facilitate efficiently. We’ll see how to move projects forward by building consensus. Team leads, project managers, educators, innovators, coaches, and other talent development professionals should attend.
