Terra L. Fletcher will return to HER Day 2026, hosted by We EmpowHER, as a facilitator for the event’s new VIP guided networking experience.
HER Day, taking place March 20, 2026, at Oshkosh Arena, brings together women from across the region for a day of connection, learning, and empowerment through keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and community engagement.
Terra spoke at HER Day last year and is honored to be back this year, helping lead one of the morning networking sessions. The guided networking format is designed to help attendees move beyond small talk and build meaningful professional connections.
