How to Get What You Want: The Four-Part Formula

Wouldn’t it be nice if you had a formula for those touchy situations in which you’d like someone to change their behavior? We know what doesn’t work… blowing up or ignoring it and hoping the problem goes away. In this brief webinar you’ll learn how to confront others with behavior that is interfering with your work, consuming your time, or costing you money. Use of the four-part assertion message enhances interpersonal communication skills and builds a more productive working relationship. Yeah, all that in about half an hour.
