About the Course
Today’s customers are more demanding and less loyal than ever before. Why do we spend equal time, energy, and resources on the 80% of our customers who only make us 20% of our sales? Fletcher will show you how to focus on the 20%! When you identify and reach your most loyal advocates, they’ll sing your praises for you, freeing you up to do what you do best. We’ll discuss customer loyalty and influence marketing. Fletcher will share how knowing more, getting closer, and emotionally connecting with the right people will result in more satisfied customers who spend more and stay loyal.

Testimonial
“Terra did a great job presenting very useful, timely, and interesting information at the Chamber’s Business Advantage workshop “Presenting a Professional Image.” Her experience writing marketing materials including newsletters, blogs, and websites, provided a great foundation for her advice. She was very at ease and presented the information very professionally (of course!).” – Nancy Smith, Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce
