If you struggle with communicating effectively with people inside or outside of your organization this session is for you. Do you deal with a bully, griper, or shirker at work? Do you have demanding and difficult customers? You must join us for this fun, interactive workshop. You will gain insight into the causes of workplace performance problems. Find out the best way to ask for a change in behavior. Learn how to confront someone that is interfering with your work, consuming your time, or costing you money. We’ll share tips for improving your communication style as well as specific phrases and techniques you can use to respond to difficult workplace situations. Participants will leave equipped to build more productive business relationships. You will know how to get that “Yes!”
