On July 18, 2013 Fletcher presented Communicating in the Workplace, How to Ask for What you Want to the Green Bay Current (young professionals) at Heritage Hill State Historical Park.

Find out how assertive you are and discover the formula for effectively asking for what you want. Learn to portray a more confident image by understanding and balancing communication styles. Enhance your communication skills and build more productive working relationships.
Results:
Approximately 100 people attended the event. Several participants will be following up with Fletcher for one-on-one consultations. A few are already pursuing corporate training at their place of business.
One attendee emailed, “I wanted to let you know we discussed the workshop on our way back to work today and how much we enjoyed it. It was informative and engaging.”
