Why You?
A very good question. It’s always wise to ask “What’s in it for me?” This came direct mailed to me with an offer for a free issue of Afar magazine. (Forgive my thumb, but you can see the size.) It also enticed me with stickers that reminded me when my brother and I would send away for CDs.
Kettle Inside
With all the solicitation for donations I received over the holidays, this one actually stood out. It was your typical envelope, with a little creative wording. It appears the message was handstamped on the front.
Monster
The two-page, purple spread is in itself eye-catching. The headline text, “Technology with a talent for finding talent,” addresses the power of online tools for recruiting and the abstract “talent.”
